Dr. Clarissa Lawrence DNP, APNP, APRN, FNP-BC, NP-C

Dr. Lawrence is the CEO/Founder of Community Health Primary Care Services, LLC. She is an established dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an extensive career in the community health and public health care industry. Dr. Lawrence graduated from Alverno College, where she received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Dr. Lawrence is a strong patient advocate and believes in meeting patients where they are to help improve their overall health. Her focus is preventive care, management of chronic illnesses to decrease emergency department visits, and hospital re-admissions. Dr. Lawrence is the recipient of the 2021 Nurse Practitioner's Clinic Award Grant, 2021 Sigma Delta at Large Clinical Practitioner of the year Award, and the 2022 Service to the Community Award.
Dr. Lawrence is licensed in Wisconsin, Michigan, Texas, and Ohio.
