Dr. Lawrence, the CEO and founder of Community Health Primary Care Services, LLC, is a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with an established and extensive career in community health and public health care. She received her Masters of Science degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Alverno College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her core belief is that providing excellent healthcare involves being a strong patient advocate and meeting patients wherever they are on their health journey. She is a believer in preventive care, and she also focuses on providing the support needed to manage chronic diseases and reduce emergency department visits and hospital readmissions. Dr. Lawrence’s commitment to excellence has been recognized with the 2021 Nurse Practitioner’s Clinic Award Grant, the 2021 Sigma Delta at Large Clinical Practitioner of the Year Award, and the 2022 Service to the Community Award.
