We kindly ask that you give us 24-hour advance notice if you cannot make your appointment. Notice less than 24 hours is considered a NO SHOW. 


A $50. 00 fee will be charged for a NO SHOW.


If you are a new patient and you NO SHOW for your appointment, you will not be eligible for a reschedule.


Established patients: If you NO-SHOW 3 appointments within a 12-month period, you will be discharged from the practice.
