Provider and patient will discuss and individualized treatment plan which could involve lab (blood work), meal planning, medications, supplements, literature, and referrals. Visits are weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly for close medical monitoring and accountability.
The cost for labs is separate from visit fee (insurance can be used).
The cost for medications is a separate fee (insurance can be used but may not cover).
The cost of treatments and visits may vary ($200-$450). This depends on individual treatment plans.

There are patients who require, or can benefit from having bariatric surgery. Provider will send referrals to Bariatric Surgeon of choice.
Patient will receive orders for:
Pre-op labs
Pre-op diagnostics (EKG, ect.)
Patient will receive orders for medical clearance for surgery.
